Was it ever said whether he got his license before or after he lost his eye? Because I can't imagine someone would have given him a pass with his vision as it seems to be now. She could probably say she's only playing it up for the cameras, and there probably isn't a law allowing for review of someone's license anyway.
I find myself wishing someone in Motor Vehicles Branch in Ontario would see Angelina and put her license under review, but I imagine that's not realistic. My sister described it as "that constant 'deer-in-the-headlights-panicky-struggling-to-comprehend' look that people trying to function while on narcotics tend to get." I only really noticed it as hugely dilated pupils, especially during the segment where they're trying to identify road signs. My sister and I (both EMTs) both noticed something about Dale the other night.
